K2
The family house K2 is designed as an object in an uninterrupted row, on a small rectangular plot in the central city zone. By moving concrete bay windows forward on the south facade, loggias were formed with an elegant glass fence, which in combination with composite panel cladding in a wood pattern contrasts with the monochrome monolithic facade.

The achieved form is the result of the client's need to provide privacy from the view and noise from the busy city street. Object fronts along the street and the formation of a full façade mass, which overflows into the yard fence, creating artistic integrity, enabled the opening of the building towards the yard and the use of the southern orientation. The building is divided into several units, the living room on the ground floor, the sleeping room on the first floor, while the technical rooms, gym, and sauna are in the basement. The lack of space in the yard was compensated by arranging the roof terrace, which, observing the wider context of the location, gives this building its uniqueness.
